Customer User Experience Specialist – Part Time

The Customer User Experience Specialist, is a core position and  this role will interact with all aspects of the business; request for quote, quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, reports and ad hoc projects. Additionally, there is a need to form a strong relationship with coworkers, customers, and vendors as this role is an important role within the business.

Job Description:
  • Interact with customers and vendors daily
  • Attain RFQ’ s (Request for Quote)
  • Enter sales, purchase orders and create invoices
  • Follow up on sales and purchase orders
  • Run ad-hoc reports
  • Follow customer service order procedure 
  • Willingness to learn and work with ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Understanding operational workflow

Qualifications:
  • Involved in accredited school (Business Administration, Engineering is a plus)
  • Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (A must)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in complex situations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, completing them in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
