This position is to assist with processing and coordinating warranties and repairs with suppliers on parts and equipment. Splits time between Office & warehouse
- Review incoming parts and equipment tagged for repair by the customer
- Prepare and ship outgoing parts and equipment to repair vendors
- Communicate information to suppliers and customers
- Create, maintain and update repair purchase orders
- Log and track repair orders from start to finish within Excel
- Maintain files for each repair
- Maintain and manage “ core” item inventory
- Work within SAP to determine material movements for each repair
- Assist other departments as needed or as time permits
- Part of everyday doing general warehouse duties.
- Warehouse or repair experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working with computers (Excel, Outlook, SAP).
