Technical Sales Lead



a) Support all commercial activities for Company. Act as the Liaison between our customer and our Project/R&D departments in NA, France and China as needed

b) Project team member in the Company and Global teams

c) Support Company Business Director in business development

d) Support competitive analysis on Company product lines; communicate market trends, technology desires at customer, and competitive information.  Identify customer' s future design needs so that Company can align its product offering and value proposition in a proactive manner

e) Gather and communicate competitor information: programs they are in, type and characteristics of products being used or developed, pricing. Lead-times, etc.

f) Support internal reporting processes of the division, such as pricing & market share databases, Customer Development Plans (CDP), Technical Development Plan support (TDP),  Project Management team support and sales budgets

g) Support organization of Tech Days for relevant OEM, Tier 1 customers.

h) Actively engage in Tradeshows and conferences to promote Company medium and high power products.
  • Conduct business development and account management needs for Company in North America
  • Identify market segments; create new opportunities for products in the technology roadmap. 
  • Support profitable business growth for the Medium power and High power market segments that include Inverters, DCDC Converters, Chargers, Electric Motors, Electrified gearbox, and Electric Power Steering

Support internal needs & processes for market analysis, product trends & market intelligence for above customers


Bachelor’ s degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’ s degree with relevant experience

10-20 years minimum in electrified transportation-related industry; Hybrid and Electric Vehicle segment
