We' re seeking a hard-working, honest, reliable, self-motivated, quick learner, who can work in a fast paced environment to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter and possess excellent communication and customer service skills with an emphasis on a high attention to detail. Working hours are generally 8am-6pm with a 45 min lunch break and some weekend rotational availability.

Duties:

• Help customers with product inquiries and orders via telephone and E-commerce sites
• Accurately process customer orders including processing credit card orders and invoicing

• Accurately enter customer orders and process returns in a timely manner
• Process refunds, correct shipping errors and perform error tracking
• Capture and enter data clearly and accurately
• Exhibit flexibility to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
• Perform other general office duties and tasks as requested
• Light Accounting duties
• Provide as needed help with order fulfillment, including pulling and packaging orders

• Understanding of the processes and philosophy of managing a small business
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding critical-thinking, problem-solving skills
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Hard-working, reliable and enthusiastic


Education and Experience:
• Excellent computer skills with emphasis on Internet, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with eBay, Amazon, Fed Ex, USPS, Solid Commerce, and BigCommerce are all       helpful
• Accounting Experience is also a plus!
